This webinar will provide an overview of the rapidly evolving clinical trial landscape, the implications for research sites, key practices to set up for success that are applicable to those looking to break into research, as well as those that have conducted hundreds of studies.


Speaker Bios: 

Dawn Sauro
Executive Vice President, Research Strategy

Dawn Sauro has 30+ years of drug and device development experience, including working for sites, sponsors and CROs. She has experience across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas but her main area of expertise is in Hematology and Oncology.  Having led several successful Hematology/Oncology development programs from first in man through successful registration, she brings this expertise in delivery to help sponsors drive results.  

Prior to joining Elligo, Dawn was Chief Development Officer at Clinipace Clinical Research where she grew the organization to be a trusted partner for oncology programs, over 80% of the portfolio at Clinipace was in Oncology.  Prior roles also include President, Development Innovations at Sarah Cannon and Sr. Vice President and General Manager, Hematology/Oncology at inVentiv Health (now Syneos).


Riley Kammer
Vice President, Network Expansion, Research Partnerships
Elligo Health Research

Riley is the Executive Director of Site Strategy at Elligo Health Research®. He focuses on expanding and diversifying Elligo’s robust network of research partner sites, practices, and health systems. Prior to joining the team, Riley served as Director of Business Development at ClinEdge, leading sales strategy and execution for key business segments. As Director of Sponsor and CRO Alliances, he oversaw trial acquisition and placement by leading efforts to strengthen existing, and develop new, strategic partnerships with major pharma, biotech, and contract research organizations. He started his career in finance, working in a variety of capacities at a healthcare-focused investment bank. Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University.
