Justin Joined PPD in 2012 as a budget associate working in a Sponsor and Site facing roll in the Site Contracts group developing and negotiating budgets for clinical tirla agreements. Justin stepped into a management role within Site intelligence and Activation in 2014 supporting the Investigator Grant Analyst team before moving into a contract manager position and later Associate Director role and now Director level role in Global Site Contracts. Justin has oversight for the Investigator Grant Analysis team in the developing of budget templates for site contracts, benchmarking activities and adherence to Fair Market Value and support for grant proposals for RFP's along with establishing effective client relationships and leading internal functional teams. Justin came to PPD with Biotech experience and background in banking focusing in personal, business and cross boarding banking and lending. Fun Fact: Justin is a Marine Corps veteran and has served overseas in various initiatives.
